Introduction to Counselling Theories

This course examines the basic tenets and therapeutic processes that characterise various theoretical approaches to counselling/psychotherapy. The models are clustered according to the four major forces in psychology: Psychodynamic Behavioural and Cognitive-Behavioural; Humanistic; and Contextual/Systemic.
